Pesto Potato Wedges

4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled

2 tbsp. basil pesto

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. water

60 g. parmesan, grated

Direction:

Preheat barbecue to high. Cut potatoes into wedges, rinse well drain , then place in a large bowl, in a small bowl , combined the basil pesto.olive oil and water, Pour over potatoes and toss to coat well. Place in a large foil dish in a single layer if  possible. Cook cover indirect heat in a covered barbecue for 40 minutes , turning after 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parmesan .

Oh back to school.. busy morning with the children hindi ko na naman alam kung saan mag sisimula sa umaga. Kailangang mag handa ng  almusal at kung paano gisingin ang mga batang  ina-antok pa.Abala kami kahapon sa pamimili ng mga  gamit  nila sa school.  Hay naku ang daming mga gamit na bago sa panangin ng mga bata. Kaya ang saya-saya nila. Kaya nga lang pagod na  ang mga bata  sa kalalakad sa  buong mag hapon. ok let go now kasi mag hahanda pa ako ng dinner nila.

Ito na naman ang araw na aking ina antay sa ngayon abala ako sa pag iisip kung paano ako mamayat para naman sa New Year ay maging New Me… hahaha i hope so mahirap kasi talaga ang mag concentrate sa diet lalo pa at sama-sama ang pamilya. Masarap kasing kumain ng may kasabay. Kaya nga lang kasabay din doon ang pag taas ng aking timbang… sad to say that but ito ang toto. I hope this time i can do it. image1-wordpress.jpg

Oh, isa ito sa mga pinag kaabalahan ko this summer, nakaka-inip talaga ang nasa computer whole day but then ok rin at nag kameron ako ng time na mag aral sa paint shop. Alam kong napaka hirap mag antay sa buong araw. Hindi pa ako tapos sa aking group.

Sometime in 1990, When I was in Bahrain. I like to stayed here . Bahrain is an open country. Which you will find a lot of a Filipino community. Even they gave a chance to all the foreigner to have there freedom to be a good resident in Bahrain. I like to go to the market which is located in Bab-Al-Bahrain in main Manama city of Bahrain. I enjoyed to meet all my friends. There is a Filipino fast food, there you can have chance to talk with our kabayan. My best friend , her name is Flor she is living in Manama. while I’m in Adliya before I got married. 1994 when I settled with my husband. Then i lived with him in our house in Ghudaibiya street which is closed to Adliya. Near to Ramada Hotel.

Birthday..

I know my birthday is near, it’s gonna be on 5th of April. but then all I can say that I’m to old to celebrate, but then all my wished is for me to have many more years to come. I want to have more birthday to be with my whole family. 33 white roses, is one of my favorites gift.

Candle on my birthday is a symbol for my good life, with all my dear love in my life. Thanks to my Mum & Dad, who love me so much, to my sister’s and brother who i love them so much.
